Channel Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profit optimization within the third-party distribution channel in Spain.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of existing B2B accounts, ensuring excellent daily support and identifying development opportunities.
• Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze and report on account and channel performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance to optimize processes and product development.
• Monitor and audit downstream distribution to ensure compliance with company policies and financial guardrails.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in sales or marketing (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proven experience in relationship management and negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience negotiating and closing high-value deals with large corporate accounts.
