Channel Management

Responsibilities

• Support and promote sales by providing distributors and customers with the latest product and technical information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors through regular visits and monthly activity reviews
• Collect and update market and product information to ensure distributors are equipped for sales success
• Plan and conduct training sessions for distributors regarding products, technology, and competitor information
• Create promotional materials and sales support documentation
• Act as a liaison between the Japanese market and German headquarters to align development needs and market requirements

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese communication skills
• 5 to 10 years of sales experience, with mandatory experience in industrial machinery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with customers and dealers
• Excellent presentation skills for various audiences
• Proficiency in English for internal reporting, meetings, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level or conversational English proficiency
