About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial plans to strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with assigned customers
- Lead new business opportunities in white space retail environments
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute business plans and promotional pricing structures
- Coordinate between customers and internal Mondelēz International functions
- Maintain strategic growth plans focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution, and visibility
- Build and develop strong category partnerships
- Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework and ensure forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain
- Monitor and report on market and competitor developments
Requirements
- Experience in retail account management with the ability to demonstrate credibility with senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering results in diverse markets
- Expertise in category management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience presenting to all levels of an organization
