Channel Expansion Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full channel development cycle by identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic partnerships with AAIs and wealth management operators across Brazil.
• Negotiate competitive and compliant commission agreements structured for long-term partner retention.
• Monitor monthly AUM retention performance across the channel network and proactively manage at-risk relationships.
• Build and lead a local commercial team as the Brazilian operation scales, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary source of market intelligence for the Brazilian market to inform product, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Represent OneBullEx at relevant industry events and within the Brazilian wealth management community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management distribution, channel development, or B2B financial sales in Brazil.
• Professional background at a recognized Brazilian financial institution (e.g., XP, BTG Pactual, Valora, Itaú Personnalité, Bradesco Prime).
• Solid understanding of Brazilian fee structures, including CDI dynamics, trailing fees, and allocation logic.
• Proven track record of building and managing productive relationships with AAIs or independent wealth managers.
• High level of autonomy and ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating client assets from traditional platforms to fintechs or quantitative strategies.
• An existing, active network of mid-to-large scale AAIs or multi-family offices.
• Familiarity with crypto assets, digital assets, or structured product distribution.
