Channel & Engagement Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support marketing activations across Retail (120 stores) and Wholesale networks
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring respect for schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and external providers
• Identify and select marketing assets via the AEM intranet for agency use
• Manage campaign reporting by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Handle logistics for activations, including product orders and delivery tracking
• Maintain channel tools such as calendars, contact files, and project databases
• Conduct market benchmarks and trend research to support marketing strategy
• Assist in content creation and local copywriting adaptations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program specializing in Marketing or Communication
• Minimum of 6 months of internship experience in marketing or communication, preferably in fashion or apparel
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) for daily professional communication
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Cultural connection to fashion trends and market awareness
