About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Drives channel and market growth through strategic planning and execution of the channel business plan.
  • Own overall channel partner performance to meet strategic vision, loyalty, and excellence goals.
  • Build executive-level relationships with channel partners across finance, operations, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Support channel partners on key opportunity pursuits to align product capabilities with customer value.
  • Lead monthly channel planning in CRM, including funnel reviews, forecasting, and target account planning.
  • Evaluate territory coverage and identify white space development opportunities for expansion.
  • Organize and lead quarterly performance reviews focusing on KPIs, trends, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience with variable speed drives, motors, and automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Sound knowledge of OEM revenue models and Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office platform.
  • Valid US Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 50% within the California territory.
  • Must currently reside in California to support local channel partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
