Channel Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the EMEA region to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key channel partners.
• Increase partner contribution to overall EMEA revenues through active support and engagement.
• Develop personal relationships with key regional partners to ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to channel marketing research to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide ongoing technical and commercial support to channel partners to ensure they can effectively represent the Expereo portfolio.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Channel Manager within the Telecoms, Networking, or Cybersecurity industries.
• Deep understanding of the channel ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, Consultants, Systems Integrators, and Distributors.
• Proven track record of driving growth in channel contribution to regional sales.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage contractual agreements and pricing alignment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and finance departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
