Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including resellers and distributors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners
• Provide partners with tools, training, and resources for sales enablement
• Set performance metrics and monitor partner performance against sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing to execute joint campaigns and events
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
• Experience in the data security or technology industry preferred
• Proven track record of managing high-performing channel networks in the security industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical data security concepts
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events
