About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to align HR processes with business needs and ensure consistency across different geographies.
- Act as a functional and technical expert for assigned HR processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization opportunities.
- Partner with HRIS stakeholders to ensure systems support efficient and user-friendly HR workflows.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives related to process updates or new implementations.
- Ensure adherence to all security, compliance, and quality standards while meeting customer SLA agreements.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment.
- Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.
- Strong understanding of third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing, and benefits integration.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
