Change & Process Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans using PROSCI or equivalent methodologies.
• Lead change workstreams across complex, multi-year programmes to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored engagement approaches and communication plans.
• Facilitate change networks, working groups, and leadership forums to build sponsorship.
• Conduct change impact assessments, benefits assessments, and readiness reviews for new processes and systems.
• Partner with Process Excellence leads to ensure business processes are fully understood and embedded.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training materials and capability uplift plans.
• Identify change-related risks and maintain dashboards for reporting at the programme and steering group level.

Requirements

• PROSCI Change Practitioner certification or equivalent, with proven application.
• Significant experience leading change management within large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, lean methodology, and operational change.
• Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and implementing change strategies, communications, and readiness assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in regulated or complex organisational environments.
• Background in digital transformation or system implementation programmes.
