Responsibilities

• Drive measurable adoption and operational integration of AI-enabled products and workflows across city stakeholders
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement, alignment sessions, and decision-readiness activities
• Design and operationalize governance forums, operating cadences, and feedback loops
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management, communications, and adoption strategies
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
• Develop trust-building strategies for AI-enabled decision-support systems
• Design and execute executive communications, sponsor roadmaps, and training programs
• Work with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate change management into deployment roadmaps
• Own adoption KPIs, behavioral change metrics, and stakeholder feedback mechanisms
• Support capability transfer to enable teams to sustain the operating model

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital, AI, analytics, or operational transformation programs
• Proven track record driving executive alignment and operating model transformation
• Experience working across senior leadership and technical teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-enabled operating models and governance
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and politically sensitive environments
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or public sector modernization (e.g., BCG, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, Slalom)
