Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change activities, including strategy, planning, delivery, and adoption
• Develop change management plans, business readiness activities, and transition approaches
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change risks with mitigation plans
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and operational teams
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies to support implementation
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and business engagement activities
• Partner with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and SMEs to support operational readiness
• Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership

Requirements

• 6–10 years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of experience enabling organisational change across customer and employee channels
• Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy and impact assessment for complex initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry
• Experience in other complex and regulated industries such as financial services or FMCG
