Change Manager Junior (Apprenticeship/Alternance)

Responsibilities

• Structure and capitalize on change management practices by building an innovative deployment kit.
• Integrate digital solutions and AI to facilitate the adoption of new methods and tools.
• Modernize the Change & Communication methodological kit using interactive formats and real-world cases.
• Support the animation of transformation initiatives, including workshops, kick-offs, and project milestones.
• Create impactful communication materials tailored to diverse audiences and local contexts.
• Assist project teams in their change management processes across Europe.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Business School or University.
• Strong organizational and structuring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and transverse environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Interest in digital tools and the use of AI for analysis and synthesis.

• Previous experience in project management, communication, or organizational transformation.
