Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives within the assigned Operating Unit by developing change strategies and actionable roadmaps.
• Conduct change diagnostics and impact assessments to identify targeted interventions and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Support the delivery and adoption of change through workshop facilitation, defining success metrics, and coordinating local knowledge management.
• Partner with program leads to develop business readiness criteria and hold leaders accountable for change execution.
• Coordinate change activities across HR, Communications, and L&D to act as a bridge between global programs and local teams.
• Develop and oversee local communication and engagement plans, tailoring narratives to meet local needs.
• Build change capability by developing learning plans, coaching business leaders, and contributing to the community of practice.
• Monitor and report on change outcomes, benefits, and ROI while mitigating identified change management risks.

Requirements

• Proven track record of executing change programs within complex, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in portfolio-level change management, including prioritization and sequencing of interdependent transformations.
• Ability to translate enterprise-level strategies into executable local adoption plans.
• Strong understanding of change management best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• PROSCI and/or APMG Change Practitioner certification.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operating model components (governance, processes, and structure).
• Experience coaching sponsors and cultivating change champions to drive business accountability.
• Data fluency with the ability to leverage analytics and digital adoption tools to drive change.
