Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption of new organizational structures, processes, and policies
• Lead change management activities using structured methodologies to support stakeholders through transitions
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to develop implementation plans and present findings to leadership
• Develop and deliver comprehensive communication plans and collateral, including SharePoint sites and FAQ libraries
• Design and execute business readiness assessments to identify risks and define mitigation strategies
• Perform stakeholder analysis and execute engagement strategies to ensure alignment
• Define and monitor change success metrics to measure progress
• Coach project teams and business representatives in managing change and develop change champion networks
• Partner with communications specialists to ensure consistent messaging across HR change programmes

Requirements

• Degree in change management, communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering large-scale business transformation
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and change enablement, preferably within an HR environment
• Extensive knowledge of change management theory, design, and execution
• Demonstrated experience in strategic communications planning and fostering a culture of change
• Native English proficiency with excellent written communication skills
• Experience in the airline industry or fast-changing environments is advantageous
