Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption of new organizational structures, processes, and policies
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to develop implementation approaches and present findings to leadership
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders regarding change approaches for specific programs
• Develop and deliver comprehensive communication plans, including the creation of collateral such as SharePoint sites and FAQ libraries
• Design and execute business readiness assessments to identify risks and define mitigation strategies
• Perform stakeholder analysis and execute engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions
• Define and monitor change success metrics to measure progress
• Coach project teams and business representatives in change management best practices
• Develop and manage change champion networks across the organization

Requirements

• Degree in change management, communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering large-scale business transformation
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and change enablement, preferably within an HR environment
• Extensive knowledge of change management theory, design, and execution
• Demonstrated experience in strategic communications planning and fostering a culture of change
• Native English fluency with excellent written communication skills
• Experience in a fast-changing environment or the airline industry is advantageous
