Change Manager – Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the end-to-end change management strategy aligned with the digital transformation roadmap
• Develop structured change plans per module and workstream to ensure successful rollout
• Manage change activities across multiple parallel transformation streams to ensure consistency
• Identify key stakeholders and build a network of change champions across business units
• Develop and execute a clear communication strategy to translate complex initiatives into business-relevant messaging
• Define training strategies and oversee the development of training materials to ensure business readiness
• Conduct impact assessments to understand organizational, process, and behavioral changes
• Track and report change progress, risks, and adoption metrics to leadership and the Steering Committee

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in change management, specifically within digital transformation programs
• Proven experience managing change across multiple workstreams and business units
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in modular or multi-stream transformation programs
• Experience in aviation, MRO, or asset-heavy industries
