About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the change management strategy for projects
  • Identify stakeholders and analyze the impacts of change
  • Build communication and training plans
  • Design and produce communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, and user guides
  • Organize and facilitate workshops or information meetings
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions
  • Define and monitor change management KPIs including adoption rates and user satisfaction
  • Produce regular reporting for project teams and management

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to create communication and pedagogical supports
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing KPIs
  • Mastery of office tools like PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level minimum)
  • Proficiency in French (B2 level)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
