Change Management Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete required safety training, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
• Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot systems such as GeRM, Sigma, SPC, and traveler systems
• Apply SPC and 8D methodologies to identify and resolve process issues and optimize wafer processing
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Work with engineering teams to implement workstation and operational improvements
• Lead and coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication across shifts
• Assist in training team members and updating training materials, procedures, and Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Perform area assessments and certifications to ensure compliance and readiness
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks and support operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
• Flexibility for overtime, global meetings, and on-call rotation
• Willingness to work on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AAS or AS) in IT Management, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management
• Equivalent military or trade school experience
• 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent military training
• 2+ years of experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements
