About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Procurement, Quality, Nomenclature, and Series Life Launch teams
  • Prepare and lead scheduling meetings
  • Write meeting minutes and reports
  • Correct or oversee the correction of nomenclature anomalies
  • Analyze files, identify anomalies, and distribute corrected files to the factory
  • Update activity tracking and reporting files

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Logistics or Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in English and French (B2 to C1 level)
  • Knowledge of nomenclature processes
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
