About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Procurement, Quality, Nomenclature, and Series Life Launch teams
- Prepare and lead scheduling meetings
- Write meeting minutes and reports
- Correct or oversee the correction of nomenclature anomalies
- Analyze files, identify anomalies, and distribute corrected files to the factory
- Update activity tracking and reporting files
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Logistics or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in English and French (B2 to C1 level)
- Knowledge of nomenclature processes
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong writing and synthesis skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
