Change Management Officer - Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS transformation program, specifically regarding payroll and time management (GTA) migrations
• Create communication materials including newsletters, guides, and user support content
• Produce training materials and facilitate user training sessions and workshops
• Act as an interface between business teams, project managers, and end-users
• Monitor tool adoption by analyzing usage indicators and collecting user feedback
• Use various digital tools for communication and project management, such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and JIRA

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 (Bac +5) in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Change Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office Pack
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a collaborative mindset
