Change Management Lead – IFS Deployment

Responsibilities

• Design and customize support tools, including operating procedures, transition guides, and pedagogical materials tailored to local business contexts.
• Lead field change initiatives by identifying, coaching, and animating a network of "Champions" or business referents within each agency.
• Develop training programs and facilitate interactive workshops (in-person or remote) based on real-world agency use cases.
• Provide intensive on-site support during "Go-Live" phases to guide users through their first real management tasks.
• Manage local support/hotline requests and act as a bridge between field users and the central project team to adjust system settings.
• Monitor adoption through performance indicators (connection rates, mastery levels, user satisfaction) and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Sociology.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in change management, specifically within major ERP deployments (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong ability to translate IT logic into concrete business processes (logistics, billing, planning, etc.).
• Excellent writing skills for creating clear, visual, and actionable user guides and training materials.
• High level of empathy, active listening, and diplomacy to manage user resistance and facilitate transformation.
• Ability to travel regularly to various agencies for field immersion and on-site support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci).
• ERP-specific certification (e.g., IFS).
