About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop Change Management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments
- Design and deliver communications and training programs to prepare employees for changes
- Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure support and involvement
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies
- Supervise and develop team members, routing work items and reviewing deliverables
- Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational change, organizational development, communications, or operational design
- 3-7 years of experience with change management
- Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a Change Management perspective
- Strong problem solving and analytic skill sets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with learning management and training material development tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions
