Change Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop Change Management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments
• Design and deliver communications and training programs to prepare employees for changes
• Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure support and involvement
• Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies
• Supervise and develop team members, routing work items and reviewing deliverables
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational change, organizational development, communications, or operational design
• 3-7 years of experience with change management
• Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a Change Management perspective
• Strong problem solving and analytic skill sets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with learning management and training material development tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions

The Office of Innovation & Technology (OIT) is the central IT agency for the City of Philadelphia. OIT is currently undertaking a major Citywide project to modernize core financial, grants, procurement, and supply chain business processes through the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project.
