- Currently enrolled student (5th to 10th semester)
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Basic understanding of change management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and creative thinking skills
