About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement change strategies for transformation programs
- Perform change impact mapping across all stakeholders
- Develop and execute communication, training, and resistance management plans
- Coordinate with PMs, BAs, and Business Units to integrate change plans into project roadmaps
- Assess organizational readiness and track user behavior adoption
- Manage adoption trackers and analyze data to propose improvements
- Organize workshops, roadshows, and internal communication campaigns
- Mentor and coach junior Change Management team members
- Standardize change management methodologies and knowledge bases
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management
- Experience in banking or large-scale organizations preferred
- Deep understanding of ADKAR, Kotter, and Change Lifecycle frameworks
- Strong knowledge of organizational psychology and behavior
- Proficiency in project management and systems thinking
- Excellent internal communication and storytelling skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification
- CCMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification
