Change Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications
• Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control
• Lead local and global projects aimed at optimizing MES system setup
• Act as application owner to provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues
• Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades
• Coordinate business processes and QMS components to ensure efficiency and adherence to requirements
• Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Fab processing
• Working knowledge of MES applications
• Strong data analysis and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in large meetings
• Proven ability to coordinate efforts across various groups and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of semiconductor experience
