About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of change requests to ensure risk management and timely delivery into production environments.
  • Perform administrative tasks including customer notifications, service management approvals, and creating 'Forward Schedule Change' reports.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations and cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
  • Work with the Global Change Manager to develop strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Design and deliver communication plans and training programs to support smooth transitions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Change Management or similar role within a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, specifically Change Enablement.
  • Experience participating in Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
  • Proficiency with change management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, impact analysis, and change prioritization.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Payments, Telecom, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
