Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and the project team to design a specific Change Management Plan for an upcoming Supply Chain Digital Transformation.
• Develop and implement a Program Risk Mitigation Plan to be applied throughout the entire transformation process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth organizational transitions during digital shifts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Change Management.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage complex organizational transitions and risk mitigation strategies.
