Change Management and Internal Training Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and write user guides, FAQs, newsletters, and practical fact sheets tailored to different target audiences
• Produce video content including tutorials, explanatory videos, and training capsules to facilitate tool adoption
• Develop presentations and visual aids to support internal communications
• Contribute to the overall communication strategy surrounding the GRC project
• Organize and facilitate training and onboarding sessions for business teams
• Monitor and track tool adoption using dedicated performance indicators
• Create engaging content for various internal communication channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Change Management or Project Management
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Skills in video content creation and editing tools
• Strong creativity, autonomy, and attention to detail
