About the role
Responsibilities
- Support business teams in adopting new digital solutions such as collaborative tools, ERP, CRM, and data platforms
- Define and implement change management strategies tailored to client contexts
- Analyze organizational impacts and propose action plans to encourage user adoption
- Design communication, training, and change management support materials
- Lead the deployment of transformation initiatives and measure their results
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in digital transformation, organization, or innovation management
- Knowledge of change management methodologies like ADKAR or Kotter
- Proficiency in collaborative and digital environments (O365, cloud tools, digital platforms)
- Experience in managing cross-functional and agile projects
- Mastery of communication and content creation tools (PowerPoint, Miro, LMS)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Ability to travel occasionally based on missions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aeronautics and defense sectors
- Strong leadership and influence skills
