Change Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of change management strategies in organizational projects
• Develop and conduct communication plans and training programs
• Perform stakeholder mapping and organizational impact analysis
• Monitor engagement indicators and adherence to proposed changes
• Promote alignment between impacted areas to ensure smooth and efficient transitions
• Work with teams to foster a culture of continuous transformation

Requirements

• Experience in organizational change management projects
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, HCMBOK, or Lean Change Management
• Experience in developing organizational communication plans
• Ability to perform stakeholder mapping and impact analysis
• Experience with digital transformation projects or process restructuring
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative platforms (Teams, Miro, etc.)
• Strong, empathetic communication skills for interacting with diverse business areas
• Proactive attitude, resilience, and systemic vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Change Management Certification (HCMBOK or PROSCI)
