Change Lead (PMO) - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the change control process for the MetroLink programme
• Establish and maintain a robust change control framework for internal and external project changes
• Develop, implement, and improve comprehensive change control processes
• Comply with the programme’s Change Control Plan across all delivery areas
• Engage with Technical, Planning, Risk, and Cost teams to manage the programme scope baseline
• Oversee contingency management processes and governance
• Provide subject matter expertise on early warnings and compensation events
• Conduct quality and assurance reviews of change proposals regarding scope, budget, and schedule
• Maintain the programme-wide change register and report status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Level 8 degree in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a STEM discipline
• 15 years of experience managing change or project controls in large-scale organisations or complex projects
• Proven track record as a Project Controls Manager in an infrastructure environment
• In-depth knowledge of change control methodologies and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to assess impacts on scope, schedule, cost, and risk
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
