About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess client business issues and recommend organizational change strategies specific to SAP implementations
- Facilitate adoption of new processes and procedures in support of SAP solutions
- Provide guidance on business objectives, processes, measurements, and change management tools
- Lead Change Management delivery initiatives and transformation programs
- Apply expertise across Change Management, Transformation Management, and Organizational Design & Development
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Change Management or related fields
- Recognized Change Management accreditation or qualification
- Working knowledge of Change Management, Transformation Management, and Organizational Design & Development
- Senior-level professional experience
- Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Public Sector
