Change Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and assess proposed changes to operational processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, technical, engineering, and HSE/PSM
• Document and track changes to ensure accurate MOC records for audit purposes
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Communicate with stakeholders to minimize operational impacts during changes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide feedback on the MOC process to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical preferred) or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Focus on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering
• Hands-on experience with MOC systems and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
