Change Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the change management process, including problem reports, change requests, and change numbers.
• Classify part numbers and create master data for standard and MTB parts.
• Ensure all projects are informed of changes, including cross-sectional changes.
• Track the change process through to FET using key performance indicators and early warning signals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and measure the maturity level of processes.
• Plan and implement process developments and documentation in coordination with process portfolio managers and partners.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent technical training in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
• Multi-year professional experience in interface or coordination positions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a mediator.
• High level of reliability and commitment to deadlines.
