Change Enablement Partner

Responsibilities

• Create and implement tailored change strategies for assigned projects, leveraging dynamic assets and AI-supported deliverables.
• Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, and release management planning.
• Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, and develop plans to drive successful adoption.
• Identify and manage change champions to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance.
• Maintain productive business relationships across the organization to ensure timely communication on digital topics.
• Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support for functional programs.
• Monitor and measure the progress of change enablement initiatives using metrics and feedback.
• Oversee the delivery of best-in-class communication and training strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 10+ years of experience in Communications or Organizational Change Management.
• Proven experience in change management specifically for Digital or Technology products.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex change networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid knowledge of data, digital, and technology topics.
