Change Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, including planning, execution, and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure deliverables are completed within defined constraints.
• Engage with business, technology, and senior stakeholders to provide clear, structured reporting and manage expectations.
• Mitigate project-specific risks and issues while ensuring alignment with organizational governance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resources and team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee changes to project scope, timelines, or resource allocation to maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery leadership within a complex IT or business change environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working within financial services risk and regulatory control frameworks.
• Ability to manage project budgets, costs, and third-party vendor relationships.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of banking products and the financial services regulatory landscape.
• Experience leading collaborative assignments and guiding cross-functional teams through structured projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using data from multiple internal and external sources.
