Change Delivery Manager - VP

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic change projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource requirements and timelines.
• Communicate project progress and expectations to senior management and external partners.
• Manage project teams and budgets, ensuring all initiatives meet required quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to embed new processes.
• Advise functional leadership on cross-functional impacts and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Considerable portfolio and governance capability in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders with executive-ready communication.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget oversight and variance analysis.
• Ability to apply structured evaluative thinking to resource and delivery assignments.
• Demonstrated experience driving execution and resolving complex issues in high-intensity environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile environments and applying Agile principles to governance.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in governance processes and reporting automation.
• Advanced storytelling skills using tools like PowerPoint to drive strategy-making.
