Change Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare Release Notes and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and applicable laws
• Coordinate changes with internal and external parties, including assessing risks for production environment configuration changes
• Communicate with Project and Release Management teams to understand project scope and timelines
• Consolidate tasks into an internal Change team delivery plan and track progress
• Manage information flow between all stakeholders
• Drive resolution of issues and blockers during deployments and site setups
• Gather metrics related to deployments, changes, and site setup

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in IT or an adjacent field with IT education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong English language skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote team setting
• Systematic approach to coordinating activities in fast-paced environments
• Decisive judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for production environment changes
