About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and adoption of global teaming practices across various functions and geographies
  • Enable teams to implement practical tools and behaviors to improve collaboration, such as asynchronous work and decision frameworks
  • Partner with program and functional teams to embed new ways of working into daily execution
  • Activate and support change champion networks to drive local adoption and establish feedback loops
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, playbooks, and guidance to support organizational change
  • Maintain and enhance global teaming tools, templates, and resources to ensure usability
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and drive targeted interventions
  • Partner with the global Results Delivery Office (RDO) and functional leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree
  • 8 to 13 years of experience in Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management
  • Proven experience in transformation, change management, or operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the adoption of new ways of working or behavioral change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across geographies and functions
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment and influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide change or culture initiatives focused on team effectiveness
  • Exposure to designing or deploying operating norms, such as decision-making frameworks or team charters, across distributed teams
  • Experience working with change champion networks to drive local adoption
  • Familiarity with structured listening mechanisms like surveys or health checks to inform continuous improvement
