Change and Release Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise IT Change Management lifecycle including Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major changes
• Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, risk reviews, and conflict resolution
• Review production change requests for operational impact, implementation planning, and rollback procedures
• Manage enterprise change calendars and coordinate production scheduling across IT teams and vendors
• Identify operational risks, scheduling conflicts, and potential business impacts for planned maintenance
• Track and report operational metrics and KPIs related to change success rates and failed changes
• Coordinate enterprise release scheduling activities across application, infrastructure, cloud, and platform teams
• Maintain release documentation, implementation schedules, and deployment procedures

Requirements

• Experience leading CAB meetings and managing enterprise production change governance
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles and operational governance frameworks
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall)
• Experience with Application Release Automation tools like ElectricFlow, Puppet, or Buildmaster
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or 10 years equivalent experience
