About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of change activities across a major HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation program
- Capture change impacts, stakeholder insights, and business readiness information
- Support the development of change plans, communications, and engagement activities
- Coordinate communications, events, training sessions, and change activities
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to identify change risks, issues, and adoption barriers
- Track change adoption metrics and provide reporting and insights
- Support business readiness and transition activities
Requirements
- 4–5 years of overall professional experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting organisational change activities
- Proven experience capturing change impacts and supporting communications
- Experience coordinating training sessions and events
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within complex enterprise environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in telecommunications or regulated industries (Financial Services, FMCG) is highly desirable
