Change Analyst - HR

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of change activities across a major HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation program
• Capture change impacts, stakeholder insights, and business readiness information
• Support the development of change plans, communications, and engagement activities
• Coordinate communications, events, training sessions, and change activities
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to identify change risks, issues, and adoption barriers
• Track change adoption metrics and provide reporting and insights
• Support business readiness and transition activities

Requirements

• 4–5 years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting organisational change activities
• Proven experience capturing change impacts and supporting communications
• Experience coordinating training sessions and events
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within complex enterprise environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in telecommunications or regulated industries (Financial Services, FMCG) is highly desirable
