Champion WMS

Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot WMS-LFS processes for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to ensure continuous logistics flow.
• Provide first-level technical support to operational areas and escalate complex system issues to higher support tiers.
• Monitor WMS operations across all departments, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage administrative tasks such as user generation, permissions, roles, menu settings, and location creation.
• Design and generate standard operational reports, including picking, putaway, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and cycle time.
• Develop continuous improvements for operational procedures through the WMS platform.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure efficient WMS implementation and provide training to end-users.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar WMS-focused role.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Mastery of logistics operations (receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, distribution, and shipping).
• Proficiency in network administration and information analysis for decision-making.
• Strong skills in report generation and data management.
• Ability to manage both administrative and operational personnel.
