CFO

Responsibilities

• Spearhead financial strategy, optimize pricing models, and establish key performance indicators
• Lead financial structuring and due diligence for potential future fundraising rounds and strategic partnerships
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting
• Govern and optimize outsourced Finance-as-a-Service providers to ensure operational efficiency
• Design and implement comprehensive risk frameworks and robust internal controls
• Analyze unit economics, contract profitability, and Customer Lifetime Value to refine the core business model
• Drive fleet profitability through deep-dive data analytics and cost-saving initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong governance structures for the executive team and Board of Directors

Requirements

• Progressive experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a start-up or high-growth tech company
• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance and Business
• Professional certification (CPA or CMA)
• Strong understanding of venture capital, fundraising, and financial modeling
• Proven track record of building working relationships and operating effectively within a leadership team
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or autonomous technology is highly preferred
