Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions
• Optimize cash flow, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely payments
• Create financial models, forecast revenue, and analyze expenses
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Implement and optimize financial software, systems, and processes
• Assist with fundraising efforts and communicate financial performance to investors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance
• At least 5 years in an FP&A role overseeing finance teams
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial tools
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
