About the Company

Lars Larsen Group A/S is a holding/family office with the ambition to develop active and long-term family ownership and contribute to growth and value in society. The group functions as a corporate parent and currently consists of approximately 100 employees, owning several companies primarily within furniture and interior design, while also acting as an active investor in securities, funds, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic key member of the executive management team alongside the CEO, CIO, and General Counsel
• Hold overall responsibility for Finance, Tax, Sustainability & ESG, Office Management, Digital & IT, and People & Culture
• Contribute to the overall direction, prioritization, and execution of the group based on data, analysis, and financial assessments
• Ensure correct, high-quality, and timely financial deliveries, including deep dives into complex tax and accounting matters
• Foster a collaborative leadership culture and ensure effective planning and decision-making rhythms across the organization
• Act as a bridge-builder between different functional areas and interests

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role at CFO or Finance Director level
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution
• Strong theoretical foundation in finance or economics (e.g., cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.fir., cand.oecon., or similar)
• Deep professional expertise in complex tax and accounting disciplines
• Data-driven approach with the ability to provide precise analyses and recommendations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate, prioritize, and create clear frameworks for teams
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professional credibility
