CFO

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the company's backoffice, including finance, operations, administration, HR, and governance
• Lead and develop central functions across the organization with a management scope of 50+ employees and direct responsibility for four leaders
• Manage financial management and reporting, including monthly, management, and annual reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO and owners to ensure a robust, scalable, and compliant business
• Evaluate new business opportunities and translate strategic ambitions into concrete results

Requirements

• Solid experience in a similar CFO or senior financial leadership role
• Documented experience leading through other leaders
• Experience leading large, cross-functional departments
• Relevant advanced degree in economics (e.g., cand.merc., cand.oecon., or equivalent)
• Strong financial and analytical profile with a strategic yet hands-on approach
• Ability to reside in or relocate to the Triangle Area (Trekantområdet) or further south in Denmark
