Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape pricing, margin, and investment strategies
• Drive financial insights for portfolio decisions, product launches, and market expansion
• Lead costing and profitability analysis to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable growth
• Define and lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management cycles
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support to the Board and senior leadership
• Align financial planning with EVA Pharma’s innovation and global expansion agenda
• Embed costing discipline across supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Optimize inventory, receivables, and working capital to strengthen resilience and cash conversion
• Provide strategic oversight for operating sites and R&D investments
• Ensure integrity of accounting and financial reporting across diverse geographies
• Oversee compliance with IFRS and local regulations
• Lead audits and maintain robust internal control frameworks
• Reinforce governance standards, audit rigor, and enterprise risk management
• Build and empower a high-performing, globally capable finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) strongly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Deep industry expertise in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG
• Experience managing multi-country or regional finance operations in emerging markets
• Strong command of IFRS, financial controls, and governance standards
