The company operates through three main pillars: Supply Chain Solutions, Digital Print, and Reuseit (circular IT services), with approximately 150 employees and a turnover exceeding half a billion SEK. Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial control, reporting, and strategic economic development
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with reporting to a listed group environment
• Prepare annual reports and financial reporting for the group parent, CEO, and management team
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and follow-up
• Manage liquidity planning and financial control
• Act as a liaison with auditors, authorities, and external advisors
• Develop and streamline processes, routines, and systems
• Serve as system owner for the ERP system (Dynamics) in collaboration with IT
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to the CEO and management team
• Monitor profitability, KPIs, and business-driving initiatives
• Provide financial support for the development of existing and new business areas
• Lead the finance department and manage the team

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience
• Several years of relevant experience in audit, controlling, accounting, or a finance manager role
• Strong accounting competence including proficiency in closings, reporting, and financial analysis
• Ability to work in a listed environment (merit)
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI tools for business support
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset
