CFO Business Management

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance
• Serve as a key member of the business management leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance
• Lead short-term and long-term financial planning and performance management
• Establish and maintain financial measures and KPIs to deliver insights and actionable opportunities
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends
• Lead efforts to drive business and process improvement as the business grows and scales
• Develop processes for client onboarding, account management and pricing to increase profitability
• Support capital allocation decisions and the evaluation and integration of M&A activity
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in large organizations
• Prior experience in professional service organizations with similar business models
• Deep expertise in FP&A and operational finance
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive results
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and scalable finance infrastructure
